for High Performance Diecast
Welcome to the HP Diecast Cars Online Store. The use of the HPD Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the HPD Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. High Performance Diecast reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. HPD accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amaerican Xpress and PayPal.
Most orders will ship out within one to two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, High Performance Diecast cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers. Orders placed with pre-order items on them will be held until order is complete or all items are in stock.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it packaging are returned to High Performance Diecast within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original un-opened condition. Freight damaged items must be reported with in 7 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items on or during a return.
If you have would like to exchange for a different item or refund there is 15% restock charge. Please use the contact us form to request an RGA before returning an item.
5. Pricing and Availability
HPD tries to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the online store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
6. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Where you register on the HPD Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.
